Created to meet the needs of the digital economy and Industry 4.0’s digital transformation, this course provides a well-balanced combination of theoretical and practical content. Its main goal is to enable students to understand, assess, and utilize blockchain solutions in management, focusing on topics like distributed ledgers (DL), distributed transactions, decentralized applications, and smart contracts. The course also introduces students to how blockchain works, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography-based security and privacy, and popular ecosystems like Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric.

It concludes with emerging trends like Web 3.0 and decentralized society. Practical seminars focus on using Python to implement blockchain features, develop distributed applications, create crypto wallets, and build smart contracts, along with completing a personal project.
