Sînziana-Maria Rîndașu is an academic and researcher at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She currently serves as Vice Dean for International Relations and Research, as well as Lecturer in the Management Information Systems department at the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems. Her work lies at the intersection of accounting, auditing and digital technologies, and she has a particular interest in how emerging technologies are reshaping economic and financial systems.

Sînziana holds a PhD in information security applied to accounting and has completed advanced studies in IT and communication security. Her academic background covers areas such as cryptography, electronic signatures, secure information systems and database technologies, which underpin her teaching focus on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.

Alongside her academic career, Sînziana has significant professional experience in the financial services sector, including in leadership roles within an international financial environment.
