Andrei Stanciu is an Associate Professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where he has been engaged in teaching and research activities since 2007. He holds a PhD specializing in decision support information systems and has a solid academic background in business management, financial analysis, and information systems.

Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions, including Vice-Dean for Education and Continuing Training at the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems, and Advisor to the President of the National Institute of Administration, with a focus on information systems management.

His areas of expertise include databases, information systems design, and web application development. He has coordinated projects in the field of e-learning technologies and has extensive experience in the management of online learning platforms (LMS), including Moodle.
