I have always believed that growth begins where curiosity meets perseverance. This mindset has guided my academic and professional journey — from completing two bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Communication & Public Relations, to expanding my horizons during a master’s year in France, and ultimately pursuing a PhD that strengthened my commitment to learning and knowledge creation.
What drives me as an educator is the conviction that challenges are not roadblocks, but gateways to innovation. With a logical and analytical approach, paired with strong communication and leadership experience, I aim to inspire students to think critically, ask better questions, and transform problems into opportunities for growth. I enjoy leading teams and mentoring future professionals, not only to achieve results, but to help them discover confidence in their own potential.
Professionally, my experience spans corporate operations — from Accounts Payable to Fleet Management — eventually evolving into leadership roles where I guided diverse teams of up to 20 members. These years taught me that success is built on clarity, collaboration, and the courage to take ownership — values I bring into the classroom every day.
Beyond academic and corporate life, sport has been a constant source of discipline and determination. For almost ten years, I have proudly represented our university as part of the ASE Catchball team — a reminder that persistence, teamwork, and passion are just as important off the court as on it.
And if you wonder where you might find me on a Saturday morning — most likely with a specialty coffee in hand, smiling and enjoying life.
Before we meet each other, I invite you to reflect on one question: What is one challenge you are willing to embrace this year, not despite the uncertainty it brings, but because of the growth it may unlock?
