Course Description
This course provides a comprehensive and integrative perspective on how organizations can leverage innovation and emerging technologies to achieve sustainable growth in dynamic and highly competitive environments. It explores the strategic, managerial, and operational dimensions of innovation, with a particular emphasis on aligning technological advancement with long-term economic, environmental, and societal objectives.
Students will develop a solid understanding of innovation ecosystems, digital transformation processes, and the role of technology in reshaping business models and value creation mechanisms.
