Alexandra Cirstian is an Associate Business Process Consultant in SAP S/4HANA Finance. Her work focuses on the analysis, implementation, optimization, and automation of financial processes within SAP projects. She is involved in translating business requirements into functional solutions, configuring processes in the system, and ensuring their alignment with organizational needs. She also supports end users in understanding and effectively using SAP in their day-to-day activities.

In addition to her consulting role, she works as an Onboarding Advisor, delivering onboarding sessions focused on SAP Cloud ALM, Clean Core principles, and the SAP Activate methodology. She supports customers in adopting best practices and effectively using SAP.

She is also actively involved in organizing events dedicated to early talent professionals and contributes to their integration within the organization in her role as an Early Talent Ambassador. Through these initiatives, she supports the development of future professionals and fosters a collaborative learning environment.

She graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems in 2020 and completed a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems in 2022, both within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. In parallel with her studies, she also completed a pedagogical training program.
