Florin Manolescu is a Professional Scrum Trainer with scrum.org, a Certified Training Partner with Sense and Respond Learning and an Agile Coach with extensive experience, having worked for almost 30 years in the IT software industry. Having taken on technical, managerial, and leadership roles, he has led large-scale technology projects for clients in both the public and private sectors, working in multicultural teams across industries such as information technology, telecommunications, insurance, oil and gas, fintech, and e-commerce.

Florin’s roles as a developer, business analyst, and consultant laid the foundation for his expertise in project and program management, operational leadership, and business development. Passionate about finding better ways of working and continuous improvement, Florin actively contributes to Romanian and international Agile communities and supports professionals through training, workshops, and a strong commitment to personal development.

He is the co-founder of Agile Minds Romania and the founder of AgileFM (www.agilefm.ro).
