Jure Erjavec is an associate professor at School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana (SEBLU). He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the fields of business informatics, business logistics and supply chain management at SEBLU. Currently he is the vice-chair of Academic unit for Business Informatics and Logistics. In the past, he was also
programme chair for Supply Chain and Logistics graduate programme and coordinator for the introduction of new teaching methods and technologies at SEBLU.
His main research interests are digital transformation, technology adoption, supply chain management and behavioral science. He also participates in and leads various consulting projects, most recently in the fields of business analytics, technology adoption and business process management.
He received several awards for his work, most recently Danubius Young Scientist Award for research work related to the area of the Danube Region, awarded by Austrian Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy and Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe, and the diploma for the best pedagogue at the School of Economics and Business, awarded by Student council of SEBLU.
