With ten years of experience in SAP consulting, analytics, operations, and project management, I specialize in integrating SAP and Microsoft technologies into higher education to bridge the gap between theory and practice.

In my current role as an SAP Consultant and Assistant Professor at the Digital Centre of Excellence, University of Nottingham, I have introduced SAP and Microsoft industry certifications to 1000+ students, significantly enhancing their employability and practical skills.
I led a strategic partnership with EX3 to license SAP SuccessFactors for HRM courses, enabling hands-on learning and opening graduate recruitment opportunities with the company. I have also implemented SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, ERPsim sustainability scenarios, SAP Business ByDesign, and logistics simulations, all designed to embed real enterprise systems experience into the curriculum. Alongside this, I regularly conduct faculty upskilling sessions to strengthen pedagogy and certification pathways.

Before entering academia, I worked as a Lead Consultant at Capgemini and Business Process Consultant at SAP, delivering SAP BRIM, analytics, and customer experience projects, optimizing business processes, and contributing to sustainability initiatives for global clients.

I am currently facilitating and convening a new dissertation module integrating the latest SAP S4HANA data and AI technologies, further advancing applied research and industry-aligned learning in business analytics.
